We provide a detailed description of each fragrance, including top, middle and base notes. This can help you get a feel for the scent.

In general, a perfume can last around 3 years if stored correctly. We recommend storing the perfume in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.

We accept payments by Orange Money, MOMO Pay , credit cards ( Visa & Mastercard ) and cash on delivery (COD).

*Cash on delivery is only possible for the city of Douala.


To validate your order, please add the products you want to your cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button.

Then go to your cart by clicking on the icon at the top right of the screen. Once in your cart, review your order and select "CHECKOUT" at the bottom.

Once on the payment page, fill in your information and choose your payment method then select "Complete order" at the bottom of the page.

Once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email, containing your order reference and details relating to it.

Then one of our advisors will contact you within 24 hours via the telephone/whatsapp number provided for further information on delivery (delivery time slot for Douala, name of the shipping agency for other cities, etc.)

Yes, you can order a product that is not in our catalog, subject to feasibility.

Once your order has been validated, you will receive it within 24 hours in the city of Douala, 48 hours in the cities of Yaoundé, Kribi, Limbe, Buea, Bamenda, cities of the West region and 72 hours on average in the far north.

Shipping costs depend on your city of residence.

The fees are:

2500Fcfa - Yaoundé, Bamenda, Buea, Kribi, Limbe, Western region

4500Fcfa - Ngaoundéré, Garoua,


First, fill your cart with the products of your choice, then go to your cart and click on 'Checkout'. Now copy your gift-card's unique code into the “Discount code or gift card” field, then click on “Apply”.

On mobile you will see this field by clicking on "Show order summary" at the top of the payment page.

You can use your gift card as many times as you want, provided there are funds remaining in it.

Customer service

The return of our products is not authorized, unless the product received does not conform to your order ( Ex: You receive a yellow bag instead of a red bag, a 30ml perfume instead of 80ml etc...) .

In case of proven non-conformity of your product, Laure&Joy's will make an exchange subject to availability of the product, otherwise refund.However, returns are accepted provided that the products are unused and returned in their original packaging with their original label.

Returns must be reported af 24 hours maximum after receipt of the products for customers in Douala,

48 hours maximum for customers in Yaoundé, Kribi, Limbe, Buea and 72 hours maximum for customers in Bamenda, the west region and the far north.
