Terms
Once you place your order, we process and validate it. As soon as the order is validated, we prepare it, then we ship it to our delivery partner. The latter takes care of delivering your order to the indicated location.
For cities other than Douala, after validation and preparation of your order, our delivery partner drops off your packages at the travel agency of your choice.
Schedules
Deliveries are made to Douala from 9am at 18 o'clock.
For other cities, your packages are dropped off at the travel agency of your choice. Then you will need to go to the agency with the shipping receipt that will have been transferred to you to collect your package.
Deadlines and prices
All orders are shipped within 24 hours.
- Douala: 1.000F - Delivered in 24 hours maximum
- Yaounde, Kribi, Limbe, Buea, Bamenda, Mamfe, Western region cities: 2.000F - Delivered in 48 hours maximum
- Ngaoundéré, Garoua, Maroua: 5.000F - Delivered in 72 hours on average
**For customers in the North, a fee ranging from 1.000F to 3.000F will be charged depending on the volume of your parcel.
