Return policy Laure&Joy's
Once delivery has been made, you are responsible for immediately checking whether the delivery is complete and whether the goods are damaged. You must also ensure that the goods delivered correspond to your order.
The return of our products is not not authorized, unless the product received does not conform to your order ( Ex: You receive a yellow bag instead of a red bag, a 30ml perfume instead of 80ml etc...).
In the event of proven non-conformity of your product, Laure&Joy's will carry out an exchange subject to availability of the product, otherwise refund.
However, returns are accepted provided that the products are unused and returned in their original packaging with their original label.
Returns must be reported within 24 hours maximum after receipt of the products for customers in Douala, 48 hours maximum for customers in Yaoundé, Bamenda, Buea, Limbe, Kribi and cities in the West and 72 hours maximum for customers in the far north .

After your report, we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you of the return arrangements.
Please note that return costs are the responsibility of Laure&Joy's .
The exchange or refund will only be effective if all return conditions are met.
